Years ago our family decided to look for a family dog. We met and adopted Desiree at our local SPCA. She had a cute face, light brown fluffy fur with a little bit of black markings by her eyes and ears. She soon captured all of our hearts. Over many years she grew with us as our family and kids grew. She walked and played with all of us over many years and enjoyed going with us on various trips and to the family cabin. She especially loved “treats” and at times would get many, since everyone in our family wanted to “treat” her regularly. She was well-loved by us and we were well-loved by her. She allowed our cat, Nola, her space and enjoyed interacting with and getting to know other dogs we met along the way. She was always there for us through the good times and the sad times of life. Snuggling with her and sharing special thoughts are heart felt memories that will last forever. She has a special place in my heart where things of eternal value live and It comforts me to think of her in heaven now.
