Cremation Types
Aquamation: Aquamation is a form of cremation that uses a water based process with alkaline solutions; which will produce the same end result as fire based cremation, ashes. Aquamation mimics life’s natural end-of-life process and is considered a more eco-friendly, green alternative to flame-based cremation, which can make aquamation a wonderful choice for those who are passionate about sustainability and the environment. Your pet’s aquamated remains (ashes) will be returned to you.
Truly Private Cremation: Your pet is the only pet in the cremation unit and will be cremated (fire based) privately. Your pet's cremated remains (ashes) will be returned to you.
Semi-Private (aka Individual) Cremation: More than one pet will be cremated (fire based) at the same time using our Pet Passages® stainless steel partitioning system to keep pet's separated from one another. Your pet's cremated remains (ashes) will be returned to you.
Basic (aka Batch) Cremation: Many pets will be cremated (fire based) in a group without partitions. No cremated remains (ashes) will be returned.
Please note: with the selection of Aquamation, Semi-Private or Private cremation we utilize our Secure PassagesTM pet identification and tracking system including the use of a unique numbered stainless-steel disc that is always with your pet. This is used in tandem with our state-of-the-art Pet Passages® Software, providing you with real time information and status updates on your pet while your pet is in our care.

Your pets ashes will be returned in a black velvet pouch embroidered with "Until We Meet Again at the Rainbow Bridge". Also includes an ink Paw and Nose Print Impression and certificate of cremation.

The "Remembrance" Package
Your pet's ashes will be returned in the Pet Passages® "Remembrance Urn", a wood box that the Standard velvet pouch is placed in. Your pet's first name is engraved on top of the urn. Also includes an ink Paw and Nose Print Impression, certificate of cremation and a "Blooming Heart of Remembrance" to plant in a special place where flowers will grow in memory of your pet.

The "Loving Portrait" Package
Multiple Color Urns Available
Your pet's ashes will be returned in your choice of a Pet Passages® "Loving Portrait" wood photo urn. Your pet's first name is laser engraved on the urn. Also includes an ink Paw and Nose Print Impression, certificate of cremation and a "Blooming Heart of Remembrance" to plant in a special place where flowers will grow in memory of your pet.

This option is for those who would prefer that extra personal care by having a Pet Passages® team member hand deliver your pet's cremated remains and memorial package to your home. Requires an appointment.

Out of Area
Our service area is Monroe and Wayne county of New York. Please know that if you are located in Livingston, Ontario or Seneca County of New York we would be honored to care for your beloved pet. If you would like us to pick up your pet from your home or vet, please add this fee to any other pick up service you request. If you are located outside the areas listed above we would still be honored to help but additional mileage fees on top of the $100.00 will apply.
