Mike Harris
Founder, President, & CEOMike is a third-generation licensed funeral home director and worked in his family’s funeral home for over 20 years. When Mike lost his two beloved Rottweilers, Hannah and Luke, he discovered the lack of professionalism and dignified care that was available. Mike decided there was a need in the industry that he could fill.
His loss became a dream. Given his education, training, experience, and family heritage, Mike knew it was his responsibility to improve the quality of end-of-life pet care. He started Pets at Peace by Harris Funeral Home in 2009 and given its immediate success, was able to launch Pet Passages® in 2011. It has grown into a nationwide franchise that has truly set the highest possible standard of dignified, quality care for the pet funeral and cremation profession.

In 2019, she became a pet crematory operator, transitioning into the specialized field of pet afterlife care where respect, precision, and dignity guide her work every day.
She joined Pet Passages in 2025, bringing more than a decade of hands-on veterinary experience and a heartfelt commitment to honoring pets and supporting the families who love them. Lynnette believes every pet deserves to be cared for with intention and reverence, and she treats each one entrusted to her with the same tenderness she would give her own.
When she’s not at the crematory, Lynnette can be found outdoors exploring nature. She loves hiking, camping, and embarking on new adventures with her dog, Sky, by her side.

Corin Kirchgraber
Pet Care CoordinatorCorin joined Pet Passages in March 2025, bringing a dynamic mix of caregiving experience, creativity, and communication expertise to the team. She began her career working alongside Lynnette McMahon at the former Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Services (VSES) in 2015, a few years after completing her bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communication and psychology at SUNY Brockport. Her work in the veterinary emergency field helped shape her compassionate approach to supporting families during emotionally challenging moments.
In 2018, Corin stepped away from the veterinary world to focus on raising her son Luke, embracing the role of stay at home mom. During that time, she explored media advertising, collaborated on brand deals, and managed advertising campaigns and creative partnerships. Corin returned to hands on caregiving in 2025 after being referred to Pet Passages by Lynnette, reconnecting her to meaningful work with pet families.
Outside of work, Corin is known for her artistic spirit and love of storytelling. Halloween lives in her world year round, along with a passion for horror movies, books, and anything that sparks imagination. She loves painting, crafting, tackling DIY projects, and turning creative ideas into reality. Her greatest joy is spending time with her son, cheering him on at his after school activities, sports, and school events.
At home, Corin’s family includes her beloved fur companions: Tater Tot, her hound mix who keeps life interesting, and her cats Luna, Ned, and Sally.

Christian Banks
Care Center Technician & Pet Transportation SpecialistChristian is a dedicated member of the Pet Passages team who brings both experience and heart to his work. After spending four years at the Pet Passages Melbourne location, Christian was ready for a fresh start and welcomed the opportunity for a geographical change in 2025. While he admits the weather in New York doesn’t quite compare to the sunshine of Florida, he has embraced his new home and the meaningful work that continues to connect him to families and their beloved pets.
While his responsibilities include care center duties, Christian primarily focuses on pet transportation and serves as a steady, trusted presence in the field. Christian regularly visits veterinary offices to assist with compassionate transfers and also provides home pick-ups, meeting pet parents directly when they need support the most. Whether arriving at a clinic or a family’s front door, he treats every pet with dignity, respect, and sensitivity.
Christian believes that being part of a team that honors pets and their families is not just a profession – it is a purpose he carries with pride.
