Bella originated from Pennsylvania, where we brought her and her sister, Iris, home to Webster. A friend of ours (Mary Jean) asked us to find her a Pomeranian as she lost her mom and was diagnosed with Cancer and wanted a pet. We found her Bella and brought her home with us for a bit as she was very tiny. Well, that tiny person was a little princess to Mary Jean for many years until the cancer took her away. Our Bella came back to us and she was quite the terror She would not leave her pet carrier and had a tendency to bite, but after a while she found her place and she made herself known. Bella would only eat Caesars dog food and Rotisserie chicken, she had no concern for what her brother and sisters ate, it was all about her! Bella has quite the clothes collection as well, an outfit for all occasions, but God help you if there was any Velcro involved as she hated Velcro. After her 6.5 years with us Bella was diagnosed with kidney disease and our world as well as hers changed. She needed iv treatments at least twice a week and frankly we could not do it as she was very feisty and we didn’t want her to resent us, so, for the past year and a half we went to the village vet twice a week for her treatment. Bella was well known and made quite the impression there, primarily as everyone waited to see what the next fashion trend would be for this little pom. She stole everyone’s hearts but especially ours. We had to say goodbye today as her kidney disease finally took her spirit and she went downhill quickly. We know she is with her pom brothers and sisters and our loved ones and we can’t wait to see her again. Keep everyone in line Bella, until we get there.
Bella is very special and dear to my heart, quite the personality and a love. I miss her already …
