Simba was an indoor cat that protected the people he loved. He wouldn’t let anyone into the house without making sure they were safe to let in, and he would sit and watch to make sure everyone was ok. He licked my tears when I would cry, and laid next to me under the covers because that was ‘our spot’. He loved to go for car rides in his carrier, and just be free to roam the house. He was my best friend.
