Brady was such a blessing in our life. He came to us in Jan 2017 from my nieces home. Such a happy boy and loving his toys which he would tear apart or chew off the legs and ears then leave them for Daddy to find in his ๐Ÿ’ฉ poop. He would tear apart boxes when we got deliveries after he barked at the driver’s for coming in his yard.
He grew up so fast. He was 100 lbs before his 1st birthday. At one time in his life he was 169lbs. He always thought he was lap dog and would get on his Daddy’s lap. He had us all wrapped around his ๐Ÿพ paws.
He loved his Daddy so much. He was his shadow when they were outside. He would supervise all that Bob did. When Bob picked up sticks in backyard Brady would go get them so he could play with them. So funny ๐Ÿ˜ to watch. When Bob would mow Brady would follow to make sure all the sticks were picked up and if he found 1 he would get it and make sure he let Daddy know that he missed one.
Brady loved going for rides to vets and would go ๐Ÿคช crazy when we would put his harness on. At the vets we would make sure that no other dogs were in waiting area.
He had to have 5 teeth removed and that was hard for him to eat eat his treats so I would cut them in small pieces for him.
He would wait for Bob to come home from work and would go ๐Ÿคช crazy wagging his tail, taking a toy to him and wait for special rubbies from Bob.
Brady loved his cat sister Bobbett. She would walk over him and he wouldn’t move.
Brady was well loved ๐Ÿ˜ by us all. He had Bob, Grandma and me tending to what he wanted. If Bob was on the ๐Ÿ›‹ couch Brady would sit in front of him telling Bob to get up so he could have the couch and of course Bob would move. Brady would get get a drink and then go to grandma and put his head on her lap and get her leg wet from ๐Ÿ’ง water. He loved doing that. I would have Brady get on the couch ๐Ÿ›‹ and feed him by โœ‹๏ธ hand.
In the winter Bob would โ„๏ธ snowblow the backyard and make a snow hill which he would sit on top and scan the neighborhood to make sure it was safe from squirrels and deer ๐ŸฆŒ.
So many special times with Brady. It was heartbreaking ๐Ÿ’” when we found out he had anal cancer April 23rd. We changed to Doorbell Vets to come to our home ๐Ÿก and care for him. Dr Turner was his vet and she was such a blessing. She would call us when I had questions and would go out of her way to do whatever needed for Brady. She even would search many things to make his time comfortable.
On July 14th Brady went to heaven ๐Ÿ™Œ. Dr Turner was here for Brady and us. She was such a blessing making this time as peaceful as possible.
Pet Passages came for Brady and treated him with such care. Brady even got to take him favorite stuffed toy with him.
Such a beautiful life with Brady. RIP Brady ๐Ÿ™ . We โค๏ธ love you and miss you. We will see ๐Ÿ‘€ see you again in heaven. Sending Hugs ๐Ÿซ‚ and ๐Ÿ’‹ Kissed.
