Mike and the team at Pet Passages were incredibly understanding, sensitive, and helpful when it came time to discuss cremation options for our beloved 15-year-old Shih Tzu. Mike even kept his shop open after typical hours to wait for us to arrive on a Saturday afternoon. His compassion and sympathy for our family during such a difficult and emotional time was greatly appreciated and did not go unnoticed. Additionally, Mike was knowledgeable of the process and patience as we selected our choices. He was also patient as we said our final goodbyes in a private viewing room. The actual cremation process from drop off to pick up day was very timely (3 days). We highly recommend Pet Passages to anyone in need of pet cremation services. Thank you, again, Mike and team.
